Wilde & Darling Productions is dedicated to creating original, theatrical work for a live audience. The shows are written to be performed in small, intimate spaces that allow for authentic connection and require minimal technical support.
Many of Wilde & Darling's shows are about taking old myths, legends, histories and stories and reimagining them with a contemporary, feminist and critical lens. They ask the audience to reexamine what they have taken for granted and challenge the assumed perspective.
Sarah's emphasis is on producing work that promotes compassion, empathy, and forgiveness for our former selves. Her inspiration comes from artists such as Casey Jay Andrews, Wright & Grainger, Molly Taylor, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Richard Linklater, Greta Gerwig and Shipwrecked Comedy.
