Wilde and Darling Productions is an independent company dedicated to showcasing theatre and stories for and by children and young people.
Wilde and Darling was founded by Sarah Westgarth, and runs under her direction.
A supportive environment
We believe that the best art is created when people feel safe, supported, and encouraged to take risks. We are a company that is welcoming and accepting of all people, with no tolerance for prejudice, bigotry or aggression of any kind. The work we produce promotes compassion, empathy, and love for those around us.
Supporting local theatre
Based in Adelaide, Wilde and Darling is committed to highlighting and supporting new, original, and interesting theatre that emphasises the growing and changing world of children and adolescents.
Staging shows
We plan to stage plays that are Australian, original, or tackled with a modern, fresh perspective.
Our first show, 'Delayed', premiered in December 2019.
Holiday programs
While currently on hiatus, Wilde and Darling aims to offer fun and meaningful performing arts workshops and programs during the school holidays for primary aged children. These programs give kids the opportunity to make new friends, develop confidence, and create amazing memories.
